What will we do in our sessions?
We’ll talk about your priorities, your specific struggles, and your objectives. Together we’ll put systems into place to help you succeed. Ultimately, I’ll assist you in designing a schedule (and life!) in line with your greatest goals. Most importantly, we will refine these systems throughout the term, as we learn what works for you.
What is the difference between counseling and coaching?
Coaching is used to increase performance and helps mentally well people function at a higher level. Counseling generally assists people with problems that cause emotional turmoil with the goal of reducing distressing symptoms.
What are your fees for coaching?
Coaching sessions run $100 for a fifty minute session. Package deals are available for semester or quarter terms.
Are these session face-to-face or online?
Your choice. My office is located at 1325 W. 1st Ave, Suite 314 (inside the Eldridge Building and above the Rocket Market). Some find it easier to schedule and meet from the comfort of their dorm rooms and apartments (I use a secure video conferencing platform). You can also do a combination of in-person and online meetings.
Can I start in the middle of a semester?
You can start any time!
